WHAT IS THE THRIVE PROGRAMME®?
WHAT IS THE THRIVE PROGRAMME® AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
IS IT TIME TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH?
The Thrive Programme® is a psycho-educational training programme that teaches people how to develop a powerful mindset and equip them with the skills and resources to overcome the obstacles and hurdles of life.
The programme is fun, eye-opening, and revolutionary - there is nothing else like it. Don’t believe me? Good. I don’t want you to. I want you to have a look for yourself by watching the testimonials and reviews of the people that have completed it.
How does it work?
Almost every issue or symptom that a person can suffer from is driven by psychological and/or emotional forces. The Thrive programme teaches you how to manage your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, therefore, you are equipped with the self-insight and skills to overcome / manage any issue or symptom.
The Thrive Programme® is not like anything else you will see or have been through before. It is NOT therapy, counselling or talking therapy. In fact, it is the polar opposite! Generally, therapies and treatments simply wait for a person to become anxious, depressed or stressed, and then show them how to cope or respond to it.
The Thrive Programme®, however, trains you to become psychologically effective so that you rarely create anxiety, stress or depression, and when you encounter the challenges of life, you will have the skills and resources to take anything on, as you will have developed the resources and skillset to do so.
The journey to thriving is different for everyone, and we all have different starting points. You might have been suffering from a problem for years, have a new problem that you are finding it hard to deal with or have zero problems, simply wanting to thrive and live your best life. Regardless of your starting point, The Thrive Programme® helps you to see a clear path forward that will not only enable you to overcome problems, issues or symptoms that are holding you back, but – even better– to go on to thriving.
Clients completing the programme usually report feeling significantly better in a matter of weeks, and the programme is carefully designed to be easy to understand and easy to follow, ensuring your success.
The Thrive Programme® is effective for people of all ages, and it has helped thousands of people to overcome a host of personal difficulties and/or learn to thrive. As your coach, I am there step by step, supporting and guiding you through the programme, to ensure you achieve the very best results.
How long is the programme?
The structure of the programme can vary, though in most cases, the programme duration is 12 weeks from start to finish. This is divided into two sections; the first six weeks is when the coaching / training side of the programme is completed (one session every week for six weeks). In the second six weeks there are usually two sessions in this period.
The training takes, on average, 8-10 hours to complete, and this is spread over each weekly session in the first six weeks of the programme. The structure can be altered, depending on your needs. For example, some organisations prefer the training to complete in one or two days, others prefer it done over a three-week period. However, generally, the most common method is one weekly session for six weeks with two sessions in the following six weeks.
Is it completed on a 1:1 or group basis?
In short, both options are available. The programme can be completed face to face in Dungannon, online via zoom or anywhere around the UK in a group setting.
There is a misconception that, given the nature of the topic, completing the programme 1:1 is better than joining one of the group courses. Although I understand the thinking behind this, there is little evidence to back this up. In fact, research shows that training is more effective in a group setting, and I have found from my own experience, and from client feedback, this is very true.
It’s very likely if you have doubts about completing the programme in a group that:
1) You may not fully understand what the programme is (remember it’s training, not counselling, so participants don’t offload their problems every week)
2) You may feel anxious about people judging you and/or being in the room with other people. It is helpful to know that the sessions don’t involve everyone discussing their personal business and, everyone present is doing the same programme as you!
As stated above, both options are available, and how the programme is completed will be discussed and finalised during the free consultation.
